Role Description  As a Founding Team Member at Kuja Care, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s strategy, operations, and customer experience from the ground up. On a day-to-day basis, you may contribute to product curation and evaluation, collaborate on brand positioning and marketing campaigns, support partnerships and vendor relationships, and help design processes that enable smooth operations.

You will also be involved in gathering customer feedback, refining the educational content around skincare, and supporting data-driven decisions that guide product and market expansion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, requiring close collaboration with other core team members and a hands-on approach to building and scaling the business.
Qualifications
Strong interest and knowledge in skincare, beauty, or consumer products, with the ability to understand global trends and adapt them to local needs.
Experience or demonstrated capability in areas such as brand building, marketing, or product management within consumer-focused industries.
Ability to work in an early-stage, fast-paced environment, including comfort with ambiguity, multitasking, and taking ownership of end-to-end initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work cross-functionally and build relationships with partners, vendors, and customers.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including using data and customer insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity, and a strong motivation to contribute to a founding team; prior startup or early-stage experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and skills are valued equally.
