Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, technical support, and staffing.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives and requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as decorators, AV teams, caterers, and production partners.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and participants.
Ensure all vendor deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.
On-site Event Execution
Oversee on-ground operations during events.
Ensure event setup, registration, and flow are smooth and efficient.
Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless delivery.
Post-Event Activities
Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.
Support in data analysis, ROI measurement, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
A problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
