Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Gurgaon for the CS and Operations Manager (Travel)

We're looking for someone who
- Can be the best possible person clients can reach out to.
Has the hunger to learn and grow and work in a startup.
Has relevant experience in events / travel.
Proven experience of working with a cool brand.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Getting in touch with customers, handling queries, solving problems & making sure nobody feels ghosted.
Managing attendee/client data, registrations, follow-ups & keeping things organised behind the scenes (because chaos is only fun sometimes).
Sorting out travel plans, hotel coordination, itineraries & last-minute changes without having a breakdown.
Planning event calendars, trip timelines & ensuring everything runs on schedule.
Basically, being the person who keeps the entire madness together while everyone else is busy having fun.
