Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Brand Solutions & Client Servicing Manager. The role involves leading end-to-end brand solutions for youth-focused campaigns, from brief understanding and concept development to execution and post-event reporting. The manager will work closely with brand partners to design integrated solutions across college fests, artist-led IPs, and campus activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience insights.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communication, preparing pitch decks and proposals, coordinating with internal teams (creative, production, operations, and artist management), and tracking campaign timelines and deliverables. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or repeat business, and representing the company professionally at client meetings, events, and on-ground activations.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and expectations.
Demonstrated ability to drive Client Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Client Service in a fast-paced, event or marketing environment.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas, pitches, and reports clearly and persuasively.
Experience in brand solutions, account management, or experiential marketing, preferably within youth, entertainment, or live events.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, handle on-ground event requirements, and manage timelines and budgets.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by events and client commitments.
