Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :
Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
Handling calls — both inbound and outbound
Having knowledge of Home Care Services
Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
Home Care operations assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO
