Relationship Manager - Real Estate Wealth Management

Please apply only if you are a Wealth Manager or Relationship Manager with Banks or Wealth Management Industry.  We are looking for candidates who have worked closely with HNIs and NRIs and has prior Client-Facing Role Experience.  On-site Job at Gurgaon.

Need of the job
- Candidate should have been involved in Wealth Management advisory - with High Networth Investors.
Candidate should have prior experience in Finance - Must
- Experience in Real Estate is Bonus.
Candidate should be savy with Financial Planning and Modelling.
Candidate has interest in Real Estate as an investment class.
Candidate should be adept in Cold Calling, Doing Initial Meetings, Generating Prospects and Making Presentations
Candidate should have his prior connects with HNIs and NRIs and has serviced them in past.

Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years' of Client relationship experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Should have his own transport - 2/4 wheeler

Compensation
Upto Rs. 10 Lacs per annum
Fixed Salary is upto Rs. 5 Lacs per annum, Rest is Performance basis Variable
