Profile Overview
We are looking for a candidate with a core experinece into Business Valuation to lead and manage valuation engagements across transactions, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee end‑to‑end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end valuation engagements, including business, intangible asset, ESOP, and option valuations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to valuation standards.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and business plans, while providing valuation insights based on industry, market, and company-specific analyses.
Manage client relationships, drive stakeholder interactions, and build strong networks across internal teams, corporates, and industry participants.
Identify and support business development initiatives, including lead generation, proposal preparation, client pitches, and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop Analysts and Associates, ensuring effective project management, resource allocation, and team performance.
Contribute to sector knowledge, market research, thought leadership, and industry networking to strengthen the firm's valuation practice and market presence.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

CA / MBA from a reputed institute

Experience:

5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in domestic Business Valuations
