Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Counsellor role based in Gurugram. The Aesthetic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through their aesthetic treatment journey. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding patients' needs, providing in-depth information about procedures, and addressing inquiries to ensure patients feel confident in their decisions. The role involves coordinating with surgeons and other medical collaborators to deliver optimal services, following up with patients post-procedure, and maintaining an exceptional level of care and communication with clients.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Foundational knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures with an ability to explain them clearly
Experience in counseling, consultation, or customer relation roles, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry
Skills in client relationship management, consultation, and building trust
Proficiency in handling patient records, appointment scheduling, and managing feedback
Ability to empathize, build rapport, and provide supportive guidance to patients
Bachelor's degree is preferred
1-2 yrs of Experience in customer-centric roles or familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
