Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Query Manager. The Query Manager will handle and respond to patient queries, act as the primary point of contact for international clients, and guide patients through the medical travel process. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating with partner healthcare providers, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
Ability to manage and respond to queries with a high sense of urgency and professionalism
Excellent organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills
Knowledge of or experience in the medical tourism industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under deadlines
Graduate degree in any field; background in healthcare, tourism, or business is preferred
