OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Leader for our Waters ADx division in South Asia. This role is responsible for driving market growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and managing the overall marketing efforts for our advanced diagnostics portfolio in the region.
Job Responsibilities ..
. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the Waters ADx product portfolio across South Asia, aligning with global objectives.
. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the advanced diagnostics sector.
. Lead the launch of new products and solutions, including market positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.
. Develop compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations, and digital content to support sales teams and customer engagement.
. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop demand generation programs, lead nurturing campaigns, and support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and strategic partners.
