What You Will Do:
As Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between the company and our patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Patient Education and Engagement
- Respond to inbound patient inquiries by engaging in informative discussions about Hexa Health’s
services, highlighting how our solutions can enhance their healthcare experience.
- Provide a clear and personalized overview of Hexa Health’s offerings, ensuring patients understand the full range of benefits available to them.
2. Needs Assessment and Service Recommendation
- Assess each patient's health needs and concerns through attentive listening to identify how
Hexa Health’s services can meet their specific requirements.
- Guide patients in selecting suitable hospitals or doctors from our network, offering personalized
recommendations that align with their healthcare needs.
3. Supportive Information Sharing
- Provide accurate, helpful information throughout the patient’s decision-making process, answering questions, clarifying service details and assisting with the next steps to ensure they feel informed and supported.
