Role & responsibilities
1. Liaise with Schools and Departments to ensure timely data submission and closure of gaps.
2. Lead data verification from Schools and Departments, and further leading to documentation for accreditation and rankings.
3. Plan and coordinate internal and external audits including evidence management and compliance tracking
4. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness of data submitted by academic and administrative units
5. Coordinate preparation of compliance reports like SSR, AQAR, SAR and other regulatory and ranking reports
6. Support Director in developing and implementing required frameworks aligned with NAAC, QS, THE etc.
7. Coordination and completion of data submission on portals if required.
8. Organize workshops, training, and awareness programs for staff from schools and dept working for IQAC.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of accreditation and ranking framework.
Ability to validate and manage data and related evidences.
Experience in audit
Effective coordination skill for follow ups
Good command over excel
