Manage end-to-end employee relocation processes, closely coordinating with the Head Office Relocation/Global Mobility team and candidates.
Oversee pre-hire and relocation contingencies, including background verification, medical evaluation, qualification/degree attestation, QVP, visa processing, and related documentation.
Coordinate pre-departure orientation, travel orders, flight itineraries, and candidate travel arrangements, ensuring timely completion of all relocation activities.
Review and track relocation expenses, invoices, and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate relocation records and update Success Factors (SF), trackers, and reports; provide regular status updates and weekly reporting to the Head Office team.
Should have strong knowledge of visa/relocation processes, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and case management, with the ability to independently manage multiple relocation cases.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by management in line with business requirements.
Minimum Level of
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 7–8 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility/Relocation, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
