Prompt Engineer

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimise AI agent performance.
Conduct context tuning to enhance AI output quality for various career-related applications.
Analyse and refine AI responses by iterating on prompts and logic to boost accuracy and relevance.
Understand user personas and product goals to ensure AI behaviour aligns with them.
Document experiments, logic flows, and enhancements in a clear, structured format.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
Collaborate with the Client Success team to resolve client issues and manage data-related technical requirements.

Requirements
Strong technical background with a degree in computer science or equivalent experience as a developer.
At least 2 years of programming experience in the industry.
Prior experience of working on Agents is s a plus
Proficiency in Python, SQL, RESTful API design and development.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of FastAPI, OpenAI and LLMs working.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate technical concepts into business language and vice-versa.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or prompt engineering is a plus (not mandatory).
