Job Overview:

Responsible for managing, securing, and supporting the Office 365 environment—including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Azure AD, and identity management—ensuring smooth operation and compliance.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, and licenses via O365/Azure AD. [expertia.ai], []
Monitor and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive; troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues. [expertia.ai], [jobed.ai]
Implement security policies, data protection (DLP, eDiscovery, retention), and compliance controls. [jobed.ai], []
Deploy system updates and patches; ensure data backup, disaster recovery planning, and system reliability.
Designs, builds, and maintains custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), ensuring seamless integration with services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
