• Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google (Search, Display, PMax, You Tube) for restaurant and café clients.
• Manage high-budget ad accounts across multiple restaurant brands/locations with full accountability on CAC, ROAS, and CPL targets.
• Develop hyper-local targeting strategies I.e. geo-targeting, radius campaigns, and store-visit attribution, to drive in-store footfalls and delivery orders for clients.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages; derive actionable insights to share with clients.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to F&B audiences (menus, offers, seasonal campaigns).
• Leverage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 for robust conversion tracking, audience building, and retargeting across client accounts.
• Manage Zomato Ads / Swiggy Ad campaigns and other food delivery platform promotions for clients.
• Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards and present data-backed campaign reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Monitor competitor advertising strategies and industry trends within the F&B and performance marketing space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with strong ownership of CAC, ROAS, and CPL metrics.
• Experience in the F&B, restaurant, or hyperlocal business ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in hyper-local targeting strategies (geo-targeting, radius campaigns, store visit attribution)
• Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience running campaigns on food aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy Ads is a strong advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to run A/B tests and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting performance reports to clients or leadership.
