Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who's curious, analytical, and excited to bridge the
gap between great products and the users they serve.

What You'll Do

● Own go-to-market for new program launches and product features

● Use AI-assisted tools to build and iterate landing pages and microsites fast

● Analyse user drop-off at every stage of the funnel and build targeted strategies to reduce it.

● Set up and manage CRM workflows, lead nurture sequences and stage-based automations
to keep prospects moving

● Apply basic UI/UX principles to ensure pages and flows feel clean, clear and
conversion-friendly

● Run A/B tests on pages and emails and use results to make the next version better

● Coordinate with design when needed but able to move independently on most executional
tasks
What We're Looking For

● Graduate in

B.Tech graduate with genuine interest in marketing, growth and product

● Has used or is willing to learn AI tools for building simple websites and interfaces — Cursor,
Lovable, Framer, Webflow or similar

● Understands basic UI/UX principles — knows what a good user flow looks like and what
breaks it

● Comfortable reading funnel data and turning drop-off patterns into concrete action

● Can translate tech into simple, compelling stories

● Loves working across teams

● Has a sharp eye for detail and data
