Data​/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to build scalable data pipelines and deploy production-grade machine learning systems powering our SaaS platform in Gurgaon.

In this role, you will work on analytics, automation, recommendation systems, and ML-driven product features while collaborating closely with backend and product teams. We are specifically looking for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in ML model deployment, production workflows, and scalable data engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain batch/streaming pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow
Develop, deploy, and monitor ML models in production environments
Design and optimize data models and queries on Click House
Develop ETL/ELT workflows from Postgre

SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Work with Kafka/Rabbit

MQ-based event-driven systems
Improve data quality, scalability, and query performance
Contribute to MLOps workflows, monitoring, and retraining pipelines

Required Skills

Strong Python and SQL skills
Hands-on experience with ML model deployment and production serving

Experience with Apache Airflow

Experience with Click House or analytical databases
Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience building scalable ETL/data pipelines
Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
Exposure to PySpark/Dask or distributed processing frameworks
Familiarity with Postgre

SQL, Mongo

DB, and Git workflows

Good to Have

AWS/GCP experience
Docker & Kubernetes
MLOps tools (MLflow, Sage Maker, etc.)

Experience with LLMs, RAG, or vector databases
