Data Quality & Assurance Analyst

Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, audit, and validate data collected from field operations and implementation partners to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal SOPs and project standards
Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and anomalies, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Develop, implement, and continuously improve data quality frameworks, validation protocols, checklists, and standard operating procedures
Build, manage, and maintain structured Excel-based trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and reporting tools for operational monitoring
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data associates, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, project managers, operations, and technology teams to streamline data collection and validation workflows
Support internal audits and third-party verification processes by maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented datasets.
Generate periodic reports and insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Data Analytics, Science, Commerce, Statistics, or related fields preferred)
2–3 years of experience in data quality, data operations, validation, MIS, analytics, or related functions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
Data Validation
Conditional Formatting
Advanced Formulas & Functions
Reporting & Dashboarding
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team is preferred
Excellent attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
