Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and design direction
Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for healthcare applications
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for product consistency
Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences
Work closely with stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user needs
Design accessible, responsive, and scalable interfaces for complex healthcare systems
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
Ensure adherence to human-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and industry best practices
