SharePoint Architect

A SharePoint Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the SharePoint Online environment to meet organizational needs. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements  :
Understanding user and business needs to design effective SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Power Flow
Designing and implementing SharePoint infrastructure  :
Developing architectural designs for SharePoint environments.
Designing and developing solutions  :
Creating and implementing SharePoint-based applications using .NET framework, XML, SQL, and C#.
Developing and maintaining SharePoint sites  :
Creating, managing sites and automation of subsites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
Conducting research and providing guidance  :
Offering best practices and guidance on SharePoint usage.
Collaborating with stakeholders  :
Working with stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into SharePoint solutions.
Training and supporting end-users  :
Ensuring effective use of SharePoint through training and support.
Developing data management policies  :
Creating policies and procedures for data management.
Monitoring performance  :
Keeping track of SharePoint server and application performance.
Performing system maintenance  :
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.
Testing and debugging  :
Ensuring the functionality and stability of SharePoint applications.
Ensuring system security  :
Keeping SharePoint systems secure and maintaining data integrity.
Planning and executing migrations  :
Managing migrations and upgrades of SharePoint environments.
Backup and disaster recovery  :
Planning and executing backup and disaster recovery operations.
Retention Policy Implementation:  Retaining and disposing of data, based on regulatory requirements and internal needs.
Documenting configurations  :
Creating documentation for SharePoint configuration, architecture, and processes.

Skills Required:

Education  :
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience  :
At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint, including development, maintenance, and deployment.
Technical Skills  :
Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET , JavaScript, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), HTML5, CSS, XML, SQL Server, and Web Services. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL Server, Power BI, Power Apps, Power automate, Power Shell, and Office 365. Familiarity with SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms
Certifications  :
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or other relevant certifications.
Soft Skills  :
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, self-motivation, and project management skills
