Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to drive ROAS and growth.
Manage and optimize the Shopify website, including landing pages, funnel flows, app integrations, and overall website performance.
Improve customer journeys and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UI/UX enhancements.
Build and execute retention marketing strategies across Email, SMS, Whats App, and loyalty programs.
Own the complete D2C growth funnel — from customer acquisition to conversion and retention.
Monitor and improve key business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and repeat purchase rates.
Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to define growth strategies and performance roadmaps.

Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, including website optimization, integrations, and funnel management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Good understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
Ability to independently manage multiple D2C growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

4–6 years of experience in the D2C/e-commerce ecosystem.
