Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional to join our technology and integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning client integrations, designing end-to-end technical solutions, and optimizing supply chain workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
Graduate with a
B.Tech, B.E., or an equivalent technical/engineering degree.
Experience:
2+ years of relevant industry experience in technical integrations, solution design, or logistics technology.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Client Integration
End-to-End Solution Architecture: Independently own, design, and execute comprehensive technical solution blueprints for clients from conception to final deployment.
Integration Management: Manage and execute complex client integrations with high precision, ensuring seamless data flow between client platforms and Delhivery's core ecosystem.
ERP & TMS Optimization: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP/ERP modules and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to drive operational enhancements and workflow automation.
Project & Stakeholder Management
End-to-End Project Management: Own the lifecycle of integration projects; plan timelines, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within our fast-paced operational framework.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison, alignment driver, and trusted advisor for both internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and external clients (SMEs to Enterprise global brands).
Problem-Solving & Operations
Root Cause Analysis: Swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve deep-seated system issues to minimize downtime.
Issue Classification: Critically assess and classify system behaviors as technical bugs or product feature enhancements.
Technical Expertise & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
APIs & Protocols: In-depth understanding of REST APIs, along with hands-on experience making and troubleshooting HTTP calls using tools like Postman .
Data & Database Management: Fundamental knowledge of SQL for efficient data handling and query optimization, paired with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
Observability & Monitoring: Proficiency in tracking and diagnosing production issues using logging tools like Coralogix and CubeAPM .
Tech Stack Awareness: Comprehensive awareness of modern technology stacks.
Enterprise & Logistics Systems
SAP/ERP Integration: Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing ERP modules for logistics and supply chain operations.
TMS Projects: Deep understanding of Transport Management System projects, workflow automation, and system integration.
Preferred Qualifications & Traits
Domain Expertise: Prior knowledge of the TMS business/logistics industry is a big plus.
Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly adapt, learn, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Autonomy: A strong sense of ownership with the ability to build and deliver technical solutions entirely on your own.
Analytical Mindset: Strong business and product acumen to deliver solution-driven outcomes.
