Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a  Senior Software Engineer  based in  Gurugram, India  to join our growing tech team. Further details of the role are outlined below.

What You Will Do:

Build monitoring tools, real-time dashboards, health monitoring, Web Socket-based status updates
Develop AI-powered automation
- Slack/Jira bots with LLM integration, automated incident response
Build data pipelines- ingest metrics from multiple sources (Ops Genie, AWS SQS, Graphite), transform and store operational data
Enhance observability stack
- Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards, alerting systems
Reduce operational toil automate workflows, self-service tools, background task processing

What You Need to Succeed

5-8 years of strong proficiency in  Python  and  web application development  ( Django / Flask /FastAPI)
Strong understanding and opinions on RESTful API development, and Real-time systems - Web Sockets, event-driven architectures, message queues (Redis, Celery)
Database experience - Postgre

SQL/MySQL, complex queries, ORMs, migrations, optimization
Experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, Docker, Git
Strong Observability fundamentals - metrics, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)
Strong problem-solving skills
