Key Responsibilities
Create and publish daily reports to track key metrics and updates
Create and manage daily tasks / tickets in tools like Jira / Click Up
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to track progress
Follow up on open tasks, blockers, and dependencies
Ensure documentation and trackers are updated and accurate
Assist in sprint planning and execution support
Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of product workflows (nice to have)
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Jira, or similar
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively
