Summary:
The incumbent will lead and drive the digital marketing function with a strong focus on admissions funnel optimization, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with Admissions teams to ensure high-quality lead flow, improved conversions, and strengthening of the overall brand positioning of Apeejay Education. The individual will be responsible for building both organic and inorganic lead pipelines, creating market buzz, and enhancing institutional visibility through data-driven performance marketing and innovative campaigns.
Admissions-Focused Digital Strategy
Work closely with Admissions teams to align campaigns with enrollment targets
Strengthen the end-to-end admissions funnel (awareness → lead → conversion)
Ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion optimization
Drive urgency and buzz during peak admission cycles
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads
Drive inorganic lead generation with strong ROI focus
Optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
Execute A/B testing and landing page optimization
Collaborate with CRM/Admissions teams for lead tracking
Organic Growth & Brand Building
Strengthen organic lead generation via SEO and content
Enhance brand image and digital presence
Create campaigns that drive engagement and visibility
Lead content strategy and storytelling initiatives
Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization
Improve website performance and conversion journeys
Enhance SEO rankings and organic traffic
Develop landing pages aligned with admissions goals
Analytics, ROI & Reporting
Track campaign performance and ROI
Present insights and dashboards to management
Optimize budgets based on performance data
Innovation & Growth Initiatives
Leverage AI and automation tools
Explore new channels for lead generation
Benchmark against industry best practices
Job Knowledge (Prerequisites)
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, SEO, SEM
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools
Understanding of lead funnels and ROI metrics
Exposure to education sector marketing preferred
Education
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing / Communication and/or MBA [specialization in Digital Marketing/Marketing]
Experience:
7–12 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing functions, preferably in the Education sector .
