What would you do  Handle end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) operations. Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines. Manage PO and non-PO invoices. Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors in Spanish and English. Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. Support payment processing and query resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Work on ERP platforms such as SAP/Oracle.

Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.

What are we looking for  We are looking for a Spanish-speaking PTP (Procure to Pay) professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable and procurement support activities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills in Spanish and English, along with hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and ERP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
