Program Manager - Service Capability

Position: Program Manager - 2W Service Capability
Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to build and scale our 2W service capability from scratch. This role will focus on setting up and operationalizing service centers, repair hubs, and yards, while driving efficiency, uptime, and service excellence across the network. You will work at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution—solving complex, on ground challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Capability Build (0→1 & Scale)

• Set up and scale service centres, repair hubs, and operational yards

• Design and implement service workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks

• Establish systems for efficient asset lifecycle and service management

2. Operations & Execution Excellence

• Drive day-to-day service operations with a focus on turnaround time and uptime

• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency across locations

• Ensure high service quality and standardization across the network

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with fleet operators, service partners, and vendors

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (supply, network, product, tech)

• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and service readiness

4. Data-Driven Problem Solving

• Track and own key operational metrics (TAT, uptime, utilization, service cost)

• Use data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement

• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for performance tracking

5. Strategic Initiatives

• Lead high-impact projects to improve asset utilization and service efficiency

• Drive innovations in service operations and cost optimization

• Support long-term scaling of the 2W service ecosystem

What You Will Need:

• 3–7 years of experience in Program Management / Strategy & Ops / Operations

• Experience in mobility, EV, logistics, fleet operations, or automotive

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proven ability to build and scale operations from 0→1

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

• High ownership mindset with strong execution focus

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
