Role & Responsibilities

Manage and administer the Bynder platform to ensure optimal performance, user access, and asset organization.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to facilitate digital asset lifecycle management and streamline content workflows.
Configure platform settings, user permissions, and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
Support data migration, system integrations, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide user training and support to maximize platform utilization.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement system updates and enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Experience in managing and administrating Bynder or similar digital asset management platforms
Strong understanding of digital asset workflow processes
Proficiency in content management systems and digital asset integration
Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
Ability to configure user permissions and manage platform settings
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred
Experience working in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of data migration techniques and system integration
Certifications related to digital asset management platforms
