Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to scale customer acquisition across global markets. You'll own campaign execution, optimization, and growth across paid digital channels while working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
Manage lead-generation, app install, and conversion-focused campaigns across multiple geographies.
Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
Conduct A/B tests across creatives, hooks, videos, ad formats, landing pages, and audience targeting to consistently improve CTRs, CVRs, and CPLs.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports aligned with business targets.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal tools.
Own budget pacing, scaling decisions, and performance reporting.
Identify new audience segments, targeting strategies, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with CRM, sales, and analytics teams to improve lead quality and outcomes.
Drive competitive analysis to refine messaging and strengthen positioning in the K-12 EdTech space.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns aged a monthly ad budget of approximately ₹1 Crore or more.
Proven track record in lead generation and/or app growth campaigns.
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.
Experience working on international markets including the US, UK, MEA, APAC, or Australia.
Experience working on Asian audience segments (Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc.) across paid acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Good to Have
Experience with Tik Tok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Prior experience in EdTech, consumer tech, or subscription-based businesses.
