Senior Developer - OpenText

Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business requirements to configure the Open Text Content Server application effectively
Utilize Open Text GCI Power tool for creating and managing Document Templates and workflows
Configure Content Server Categories, Compound Document, Taxonomies, and Security Models
Implement and maintain Workflows, Forms, and Form Templates using OScript
Customize Web Reports, Live Reports, and adjust Appearance and Views settings
Manage business workspace configurations and document templates
Employ XML and XSL transformations
Develop and integrate custom modules within the Open Text platform
Facilitate the consumption of Content Server REST APIs and Web Services
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Operate within an agile environment, participating in sprints and stand-ups
Write user stories describing requirements
Communicate effectively with end users and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders

Requirements
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Open Text Content Server development
Expertise in Open Text Content Server, ECM, and Open Text GCI Power tool
Proficiency in OScript, XML, and XSL transformations
Strong background in Java technologies relative to Open Text integrations
Familiarity with content server schema and relational databases such as Oracle or SQL
Competency in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React JS or Lit JS, and CSS
Capacity to guide and mentor junior resources
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Understanding and experience in agile methodologies and user story creation
