Design, develop, and configure applications on the Service Now platform to meet business requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop, test, and deploy Service Now applications and enhancements
Provide ongoing technical support and resolve application-related issues
