Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Vicidial Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Vicidial Developer will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing Vicidial systems, writing custom dial plan scripts, and ensuring seamless integration with other software tools. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, upgrading Vicidial software, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Vicidial installation, configuration, and maintenance

Experience with Asterisk PBX administration, VoIP, and SIP protocols
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and MySQL database management
Ability to write and troubleshoot dial plans and custom scripts (PHP, Perl, or similar)
Understanding of call flow, queue management, and call center operations
Analytical skills with experience identifying and resolving system issues
Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
