Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional PLM to lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our FWA portfolio across the region. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of FWA (both sub6 and mmWave), and the full current FWA portfolio, combined with strong business acumen and customer-facing leadership.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Define and execute the regional product strategy for the FWA networking portfolio.
Market making within specified regions
Support sales teams with solution positioning, deal strategy, and competitive analysis.
Serve as the regional expert for FWA, representing the FWA portfolio in executive meetings, customer workshops, and regional leadership forums.
Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, pain points and future needs and align them with the product roadmap.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with global PLM, product PLM, R&D, sales, supply chain and Business Development.
Key Skills And Experience
Must have:
15+ years of experience in FWA, PLM, systems engineering, or related fields with master's in electrical engineering and MBA is preferred.
Expertise in 3
GPP (5G, 5G-A and 6G) and current FWA portfolio.
Fundamental understanding and experience in FWA networks and overall networking solutions
Proven track record working with CSPs.
It would be good if you had:
Good analytical and planning skills with hands-on experience
Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset with fluent in English
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
Ability to influence global teams, drive roadmap alignment, and manage complex stakeholder environments
