You will play a critical role in ensuring successful system deployment, providing technical leadership, and delivering value to clients through the effective use of Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical configuration, customization, integration, reports and analytics and data migration processes for Dayforce implementations.
Collaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to their business needs.
Oversee data mapping, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Dayforce implementations and provide post-implementation support to clients.
Work closely with internal technical and functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide clients with training and support on the technical aspects of Dayforce, including system configuration and maintenance.
Participate in client sessions to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Continuously improve internal technical delivery procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in technical implementation, with a strong focus on Dayforce configuration, data migration, and system customization.
In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll functions, particularly in relation to Dayforce systems.
Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud computing environments, with a focus on HCM/HRIS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data handling and system configuration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading technical workshops and training sessions.
