Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Operations professional to support day-to-day marketing operations activities, including email campaign execution, database management, reporting, outreach tool management, and campaign QA.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational discipline, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn marketing automation platforms and campaign operations processes. This role requires someone who can work in a structured manner, ensure accuracy in execution, and support the smooth running of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

What You Will Do :
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns including scheduling, segmentation, and QA
Manage Hub Spot activities such as email setup, contact management, lists, and reporting
Handle outeach campaigns using tools like Sales Handy
Maintain, clean, and organize marketing databases for effective campaign execution
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for email drafting, personalization, and workflow optimization

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field.
Hub Spot certifications or email marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Experience supporting B2B marketing or lead generation campaigns.
Exposure to Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Apollo, Saleshandy, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
Strong operational and coordination mindset.
