What will you do
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues
Perform installation, configuration, imaging, and upgrades of systems and applications
Troubleshoot Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Support Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks, group membership changes)
Assist with email and collaboration tools (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint)
Support VPN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network connectivity issues
Manage incident, request, and asset documentation in an ITSM / ticketing system (Service Now, Remedy, etc.)
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required
Perform hardware replacements, break/fix activities, and warranty coordination
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records
Follow ITIL processes, security policies, and compliance standards
Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly
What do you need to succeed
3+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 and Mac OS
Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on PCs/laptops.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Prior experience in desktop support or related field
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting Microsoft Office -, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
Quality Customer Service skills
VPN experience.
Experience with basic hardware printer support
Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP. What you'll get
