Position: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead
Description   We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating cloud-based applications and services using OIC, along with a proven track record of leading integration projects.

Responsibilities    Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain integration interfaces, APIs, and data flows between various applications and services.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest OIC features and best practices to improve integration processes.

Skills and Qualifications    7-13 years of experience in integration solutions, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

Experience with cloud-based applications and services integration.
Proficiency in developing REST and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and other enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP, etc.
Familiarity with data transformation tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
