Key Responsibilities Campaign Management
Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage campaign objectives — Lead Gen, Conversions, Traffic, Reach
Handle end-to-end campaign setup — audience, creatives, budget, bidding
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Performance & Optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance — CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA
Optimize campaigns to hit monthly targets
Identify underperforming ad sets and take corrective action
Scale winning campaigns efficiently without CPL spike
Audience & Targeting
Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting pools
Manage audience segmentation based on funnel stage
Use Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyze data to give actionable insights to stakeholders
Track spends vs budget and flag deviations
Key Skills Required Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Client handling
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and auction dynamics
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API
Ability to read data and make optimization decisions
Good understanding of creative performance and what works on Meta
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
