Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
Perform manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Gemini) for:
Test case generation, Test data creation, Defect analysis and root cause identification
Integrate AI capabilities into existing QA workflows to improve efficiency and coverage
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines
Identify gaps in testing and proactively suggest improvements using AI-driven insights
Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation, reporting, and documentation
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
Strong expertise in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using Selenium and/or Playwright
Proficiency in at least one programming language:
JavaScript, Java, or Python
Experience in designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch
Solid understanding of API testing, debugging, and test data management
Practical exposure to AI tools like Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
Experience with AI-driven testing platforms or tools
Knowledge of performance testing and security testing basics
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of microservices architecture
