Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Sales Specialist role based in Agra. The Key Account Sales Specialist will manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and aligned with NS3
Tech Solutions' cybersecurity, networking, and IT offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with technical and pre-sales teams to design appropriate solutions. The role involves maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, conducting account reviews, and tracking sales performance against targets. The specialist will also handle escalations, support contract renewals, and gather client feedback to drive service improvements and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management skills, including key account planning, relationship building, and revenue growth within existing clients.
Proven Sales capabilities with experience in B2B or technology solutions, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and delivering a positive client experience.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making for key accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience in IT, networking, or cybersecurity solutions sales is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
