Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, You Tube, and other digital platforms.
Lead SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across multiple client accounts.
Collaborate with creative, content, technology, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition strategies.
Utilize marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to improve campaign efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation.
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Marketing Automation and CRM platforms
Proven track record of managing successful lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Hub Spot, or relevant marketing certifications.
Experience handling enterprise-level clients and multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
