SEO Team Lead/ Senior SEO Executive
Gurugram (On-site)
We’re looking for an experienced  SEO Team Lead/ Senior SEO Executive  to drive end-to-end SEO strategy across multiple projects, with a strong focus on  on-page and off-page optimization , while leveraging AI-powered SEO practices to deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
Own and execute SEO strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEO team
Define and track KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)
Collaborate with content, product, design, and development teams

On-Page & Content SEO (Core Focus)
Drive keyword research, search intent mapping, and content strategy
Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for rankings & conversions
Build strong internal linking frameworks and content structures
Conduct regular content audits and implement refresh strategies

Off-Page & Authority Building (Core Focus)
Lead high-quality link-building and outreach strategies
Drive domain authority growth and brand visibility
Build partnerships for backlinks, PR mentions, and organic reach

Technical SEO (Good to Have)
Identify and collaborate on resolving crawl and indexing issues
Work with dev teams on site performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization
Contribute to scalable SEO architecture (experience is a plus, not mandatory)

AI-Driven SEO
Use AI for keyword clustering, content briefs, and competitor analysis
Automate workflows using AI-powered SEO tools
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI search trends

Reporting & Analytics
Track performance via Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Present insights and actionable growth strategies to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
5–8 years of SEO experience with strong expertise in On-page and Off-page SEO
Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings
Hands-on experience in content strategy, link-building, and SEO execution
Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
