This role requires a blend of product thinking, technical depth, experimentation mindset, and execution capability across AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functio ns
Product Strategy and Ownership
Define and execute a product roadmap for AI-native and agentic AI produc
Translate business problems into AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent solutio
Work closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to prioritise features and deliver outcom
Identify opportunities for automation using LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iterati
Agentic AI Development
Design and prototype AI agents using Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and modern LLM tool.
Build multi-agent workflows with memory, tool calling, planning, reflection, and orchestration capabilities.
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs using Pyt
hon.
Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and external tools/servi
ces.
Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent optimisation techniq
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with AI/ML engineers and architects to define scalable system design
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specification
Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product prioritisation
Define success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks for AI
AI Product
Monitor AI product performance, hallucination rates, latency, and reliability me
Create user stories, PRDs, and technical document
Conduct competitive analysis on emerging AI products and agentic AI ecosystem.
Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and governance standards are fol
4-7 years of experience in Product Management, AI Products, or Technical Product Mana
gement.
Experience working on AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based products
Proven experience building or prototyping AI agents
