We are looking for a consultative, commercially-minded Solution Consultant who can bridge business strategy, technology, and organizational transformation .You will work alongside enterprise sales teams to uncover business challenges, facilitate executive workshops, design transformation roadmaps, and build compelling business cases that help customers modernize how work gets done. This role requires someone equally comfortable speaking with CIOs, CMOs, COOs, PMO leaders, and enterprise architects while translating complex challenges into scalable solutions powered by AI, automation, collaboration, and work management platforms.

What You Will Do
Engage with business and technology leaders to understand transformation goals and challenges.
Facilitate discovery workshops and identify opportunities across AI, productivity, collaboration, and customer experience.
Design scalable digital transformation solutions, operating models, and roadmaps.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value-driven recommendations.
Partner with Sales teams to drive enterprise opportunities from discovery to deal closure.
Lead solution presentations and executive engagements throughout the sales cycle.
Contribute to thought leadership, reusable assets, and best practices.
Stay ahead of industry trends and help strengthen Altudo's digital transformation capabilities.

Who you are
8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Presales, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Solutions.
Strong experience engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders.
Understanding of enterprise processes, workflow transformation, and change management.
Exposure to AI, automation, collaboration, customer experience, or work management platforms.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and business case development skills.
