Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Outlook and Office 365 environments, handling hardware and basic network troubleshooting, and working confidently with both remote and on-site users. The candidate should be well-versed in ticketing tools, service level agreements (SLAs), incident resolution, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for Outlook , Office 365 , Windows desktops
Hardware and basic network troubleshooting
Handle Tickets , SLAs , incidents , and service requests
Perform remote and on-site technical support
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations
Manage desktop patching and updates
Handle domain joins and apply group policies
Requirements:
1.6+ years in IT support roles
Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows
Hands on experience with ticketing tools
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
