We're building a world-class paid advertising capability and are looking for a specialist who can own campaigns, chase numbers, and deliver measurable results — not someone looking for a comfortable seat.
ABOUT
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a performance marketer who lives inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager every day. You will run paid campaigns for our clients — primarily B2B lead generation — across multiple international markets. You'll work directly with senior leadership and will be expected to think, optimise, and report as though every rupee of ad spend is your own.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign management
• Plan, build, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage live campaigns simultaneously across multiple clients in India, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia
• Explore and scale additional paid channels where relevant — Linked In Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic
• Own campaign structure, ad group hierarchy, keyword strategy, and budget pacing from day one
Lead generation & performance
• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns with a sharp focus on CPL, CPA, and ROI — not just impressions and clicks
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing page variants, CTAs, and audience segments
• Select and manage bidding strategies (manual CPC, tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions) based on campaign stage and objective
• Work closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and funnel conversion rates
Analytics & optimisation
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel — correctly and verifiably
• Monitor daily performance data and make rapid, data-backed optimisation decisions without waiting to be prompted
• Run structured A/B tests on headlines, creatives, audiences, and landing pages with documented hypotheses and outcomes
• Analyse search term reports, auction insights, and audience overlaps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
Reporting & communication
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering spend, leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality metrics
• Present results and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and client stakeholders
• Flag budget risks, underperformance, and new opportunities proactively — never wait to be asked
• Contribute to building Hypronline's paid advertising processes, frameworks, and internal best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years in PPC and paid performance marketing
• Agency background strongly preferred
• Proven B2B lead generation results — numbers, not just claims
• Experience running campaigns for India, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, or UK markets
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore PLATFORM EXPERTISE
• Google Ads — Search, Display, PMax, You Tube, Shopping
• Meta Ads Manager — campaigns, ad sets, creative testing
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup
• Google Merchant Centre (advantage)
• Linked In Ads (advantage)
CORE SKILLS
• Keyword research and negative keyword discipline
• Audience segmentation and lookalike building
• Bid strategy selection and budget management
• Ad copywriting for performance (not just brand)
• Conversion tracking setup and quality assurance
• Structured A/B testing methodology and reporting THE RIGHT MINDSET
• Performance-obsessed — CPL and ROAS feel personal
• Highly analytical and comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Fast mover — fixes problems before being told to
• Multi-client capable — context-switching is second nature
• Communicates results and business impact, not just activity
NICE TO HAVE
• Google Ads certification — Search, Display, or Performance Max
• Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with reporting tools — Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar
