About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Platform Intern to support the growth and optimization of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. This internship offers hands-on exposure to ecommerce operations, website analytics, conversion optimization, digital marketing, and customer experience management.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, analytical, and passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Website Performance & Analytics
Assist in monitoring website performance, traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools.
Support the analysis of conversion metrics and customer journey data.
Help identify areas for website improvement and optimization.
Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards.
Ecommerce Operations
Support the management and maintenance of product listings, collections, and website content.
Help ensure a seamless user experience across the ecommerce platform.
Assist in testing website updates, new features, and promotional campaigns.
Content & Campaign Support
Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to update website banners, landing pages, and product pages.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns on the website.
Help ensure that digital content follows brand guidelines and optimization best practices.
Research & Insights
Conduct competitor research and track industry trends.
Assist in gathering customer insights and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Support the team in generating actionable recommendations based on data and research findings.
Project Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Design, and Product teams.
Support ongoing ecommerce projects and help track progress against timelines.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, or ecommerce platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
