About the Role - We are looking for a high-performing, strategic and experienced leader to head our Card Issuance Product. Digital Product Lead – Card Issuance will own and strategize card issuance across channels (Digital + B2B + Retail). The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about mobile-first experiences, user engagement, card platforms, building innovative solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, managing, and improving digital acquisition, activation, and lifecycle journeys across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobile App & Digital Journey Owner
- Own all card-related customer journeys within the bank’s mobile application and digital platforms—including onboarding, issuance, activation, PIN setting, transaction views, blocking, replacements, limits
- Continuously improve user flows for all card types
- Ensure UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and seamless integration with backend systems
Strategy & Roadmap
- Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the card issuance portfolio across consumer and commercial segments
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to shape product direct
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- - Manage relationships with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.), processors, BIN sponsors, and technology providers
- Collaborate with issuing partners, fraud/risk teams, operations, and regulatory bodies to ensure secure and compliant products
Product Development & Lifecycle Manage
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including feature definition, UX, compliance, and go-to-market place
- Manage the lifecycle of card products, ensuring they meet performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction target
- Strong experience in mobile app product management, with full ownership of user-facing journeys
Good to
- Have experience in cards, fintech, banking, or consumer tech products
- Exposure to UPI, BBPS, NCMC, or tokenization-based journeys
- Prior work on self-serve app features, in-app nudges, and customer lifecycle interventions
