Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Configuration Consultant with hands-on experience in Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response configuration and implementation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring supply chain planning solutions, developing dashboards and workbooks, managing automation chains, and supporting end-to-end implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions within Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response, including resources, workbooks, worksheets, alerts, dashboards, and scripts.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Kinaxis technical configurations.
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and related supply chain processes.
- Design, schedule, monitor, and optimize automation chains and batch jobs.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues, data flow challenges, and configuration-related defects.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support inbound and outbound data interfaces.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Prepare configuration documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and technical artifacts.
- Support hypercare activities, production support, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Kinaxis Maestro Configuration.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Kinaxis implementation lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Kinaxis Data Model
- Control Tables
- Resource Authoring
- Workbook Design
- Worksheets
- Alerts
- Scripting
- Dashboards
- Experience with automation chains, batch scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Inventory Planning
- MRP Concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Mandatory Qualification
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 Certification
Preferred Skills
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 Certification.
- Exposure to Kinaxis Maestro AI capabilities and advanced planning features.
- Experience with integration concepts, data mapping, and interface support.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Production support and hypercare experience.
